Our teams are organized democratically.    Our Scouts choose, organize, and lead their own meetings, programs, and activities.  Each team has team officers, such as the Team Leader, who take on positions of responsibility.  youth working together Our Team officers’ main responsibility to make sure every voice is heard on their teams.
