Yes.  We are a separate Scout Program, and we are not affiliated with any other American Scout Program or Scout Organization, just as none of the other Scout Programs and Scout Organizations are affiliated with each other.  We are the only fully nondiscriminatory Scout Program in the United States.  We have our own policies, rules, and regulations.
