How do we assist in ensuring no one is left out?

Our Scout Programs are both inclusive and nondiscriminatory.  We go the extra distance to make sure all our Scouts participate.  If additional equipment or resources are needed for a Scout participate, we make sure they are sought.  None of our Scouts are ever told, “You cannot participate.”
